About this deal

It is a little weaker on turbo. I was quite amazed at how much the Sofirn managed to light up the whole forest on my nighttime stroll. But the Wurkkos is not that bad. And that white... Since the FC11 has springs on the head and tail, there’s nothing preventing usage of any type 18650. Flat top, button top, protected, unprotected – they all should work fine. And here’s the light beside my custom engraved TorchLAB BOSS 35, an 18350 light. I reviewed the aluminum version of that light in both 35 and 70 formats. Oh, and btw, can someone point a good place to buy 18650 battery in EU? Sorry I know this was posted somewhere, but I can't find it now..

And that’s my impression of this light: it is fine. The LED is fantastic, and it’s a good way to get a really solid light with a great LED. But otherwise, there are better options for not much more money. If budget is very constrained then this is a really good option if you want something with very good output. I recommend 5000k on this LED all day long. If this light were not this long I think it would be a more compelling offering on it’s own, the pieces are there, but they just missed. Charging looks pretty good if a little slow at around 1A. The time required is over 4 hours, and termination voltage is a little low at around 4.15V. Thanks gchart for verifying the ability to reverse ramping direction at any time and adding the beam shots. In fact with wet hands, I find the light is generally slippery in hand. Something I only found out when I tried using it with wet hands.New Release】Wurkkos TD03 Rechargeable Tactical Flashlight, SFT40 USB-C 1800 Lumens Throw 353M Rotary Switch EDC Torch, Waterproof IP68 Aside from some UI details, the FC11 is an excellent design for its purpose and price point. I can think of competitors for twice the price or more that really ought to have springs on both ends of the battery tube, a better button design, or a better choice of LED like the FC11 does. Execution For reference, here’s a baseline shot, with all the room lights off and almost nothing hitting the sensor. Also, here’s the light with the worst PWM I could find. I’m adding multiple timescales, so it’ll be easier to compare to the test light. Unfortunately, the PWM on this light is so bad that it doesn’t even work with my normal scale, which is 50 microseconds (50us). 10ms. 5ms. 2ms. 1ms. 0.5ms. 0.2ms. In a display faster than 0.2ms or so, the on/off cycle is more than one screen, so it’d just (very incorrectly) look like a flat line. I wrote more about this Ultrafire WF-602C flashlight and explained a little about PWM too. User Interface and Operation Wurkkos Ltd. recommends using high-quality brand batteries. Damage by defective batteries void the warranty. New 70.3 HI 90CRI】Wurkkos TS22 XHP70.2 Powerful 4500LM 21700 LED Flashlight XHP70.3 with Magnet Tail & Reverse Charging USB C Rechargeable

Wurkkos DL20R USB C Rechargeable Diving Light Powerful 3200lm XHP50.2 18650 Flashlight with Magnetic Control Switch The other big headliner for this light is the USB-C charging stuff. So many enthusiast lights I talk about require to you BYOB (Bring Your Own Battery) but Wurkkos will sell this with the battery and you won’t even need a charger as the light has built in USB-C charging. And to top that off, you can use it as a powerbank for your phone if needed. One of Anker’s most popular power banks is 5000mAh itself, which is the same capacity you have here. Awesome. The light is setup to run these in a narrow spot style clear optic. If you are familiar with the SST-20 at 4000k then you know what you get here, if not it’s an under appreciated LED with a very high CRI. I won’t say it is my favorite, but it’s a very good LED and is increasingly found in the lower cost lights which is a win for everyone. Use and Carry I’ll evaluate the clip from my A6 for use on the FC11 when it arrives, but would like to know of other options.

Alright, I will keep this short becuase this light is decently inexpensive and overall it is fine — not great, not bad — fine. Here’s the highlights: Wurkkos WK15 3000lm XHP50.2 USB C Rechargeable 21700 EDC Budget Light, Simple UI with Power Indicator/ATR/Reverse Charging Memory mode supposedly leaves the lamp in your previous manually set intensity (steeped or ramped). Flashlight body: Aerospace grade 6061 grade aluminum alloy, CNC manufactured to hard-anodized to military grade specification type III, anti-abrasive finish to get solid built body, anti-crash geometry and better heat exchange. This image below is just all in fun – the cell tube is completely gone here. But wouldn’t this be a fun little light! (Shorter than an 18350 version, though.)

When the light is turned on, the indicating switch will light momentarily to advise of cell voltage, as follows: Operating the FC11 for a long time on high brightness modes will warm the flashlight up. This is normal. The Wurkkos FC11 has 2 UI options for people to choose, a stepped (Default) or a ramping. To change UI while off, hold the button for 3 seconds and the light will flash twice to let you know it’s switched. Thanks for your help, I’ve just received mine and I’ve noticed something of a bad design that isn’t mentioned anywhere, I’ll try to explain it clearly: Wurkkos TD01-Nice Andy sturdy flashlight with a truly amazing range! Love the tactical mode and the overall finish. Wurkkos TS11 2000LM Powerful Rechargeable EDC Flashlight SFT40 with RGB Auxiliary And Switch, Anduril 2.0, IP68 This was my first Wurkkos light, which I never got around to reviewing as I had bought it specifically to stash in a get home bag in my wife’s car. It was recommend to me as a great option, easy to use, solid, cheap and with a great LED. It spent about 3 days in that get home bag before I decided to put a slightly more expensive light in the bag, so I could use this light myself.
