During gameplay, there are two tracks that show the rhythm of the song with the timing for the left and right punches. When you do the Daily Workout, your instructor chooses a series of routines and songs based on your chosen fitness goals and how long you’d like to exercise. The true sequel to FitnessBoxing is obviously FiNC Home Fit, which is apparently only available in Japan. Do be aware that, after some movements, you may have to rest on one of your feet for an extra beat and you will usually always stay on your front foot during a string of movements, so it may be worth keeping an eye on that guide during a workout that you aren’t confident on.

What’s a bit dull however is how the stretches are always the same, it would be nice if they mixed them up a bit from time to time or depending on which parts of the body you have been working on the most. This mode is especially good if there are certain combos that you really enjoy, it may even motivate you to come back again and again to best your score. Janice is incredibly enthusiastic and bubbly, but if that isn’t your style, there are eight other instructors to choose from, including three new trainers introduced in this sequel: Janice herself, Hiro, and… Karen; surprisingly, her personality is the complete opposite than some would suspect!Some of the later workouts can become really difficult at times, and it can become pretty easy to fumble some of your movements.

For any players who are intimidated by the Ring-Con accessory and are looking for a more simplistic workout experience, they may enjoy punching along with Fitness Boxing 2.The original Fitness Boxing launched a couple of years ago, and while it certainly served its purpose, two years is a long time for anyone to be playing one game on a daily basis, as was its intention. But it wasn’t until Wii Fit came out back in 2007 that fitness games would become a whole lot more than just a simple gimmick. This latest version adds in a new instructor named Leo (who is voiced by Toshiyuki Morikawa in Japanese). I'm happy you were about to get 115 hours out of the first game, but I can't personally see myself coming anywhere close to that with this one: I had it for 2-3 weeks during the review period and was already getting bored with the repetition of songs and moves.

A jab requires you to simply punch your front hand forward and quickly reel it back, while a straight has your twisting your body forwards, using your back foot as a booster, to thrust your back fist forwards and yank it back.Fitness Boxing 2 is a good alternative to Ring Fit Adventure if you don't want any additional equipment. For that reason, this followup title is also a bit of a letdown… but I understand why it’s important to prioritize the commands of the trainer rather than the lyrics of the included songs. La detección de movimientos es buena aunque no perfecta y habrá veces que te marcara fallo cuando hiciste bien o buenas golpes mal hechos pero realmente no es mucho problema si lo que buscas es ejercitarte, los entrenadores resultan algo planos pero cumplen su cometido en orientarte como lo estás haciendo; la música no me gusta nada, prefiero bajar el volumen de esta dejando la voz y efectos y poner mi propia play list lo que mejora la experiencia muchísimo. Feels almost like the devs put more work in the trainers as a selling point then any real improvments for the gameplay. Still, freshening up your instructor’s look can go a long way to getting you excited to work out if you’re a simulation dork like I am!

At all times, you are required to move back and forth on your feet in rhythm to the music while throwing all sorts of punches that use your core muscles, biceps, hips, and everything in between.Surprisingly, this style actually works for a couple songs and some are still fun to box to, though I honestly can’t wait to listen to the original version of Y. I got back into Ring Fit this week and I JUST looked up Fitness Boxing 2 because I remembered it exists.
