Our 6-week Meditation & Mindfulness course teaches you how to meditate for health and well-being purposes; our 3-week Kickstart your Meditation helps you get back into daily practice; and our monthly Sound Meditation will not only help you to keep on track, but will offer some sound healing too.
We also offer one-to-one meditation sessions, where the aim is to give you the tools to get you into the practise of daily meditation.
