Over the past year we’ve heard many statements like “I’d love to do a meditation course but can’t commit to attending once a week”; “I’d love to do meditation with you but live too far away”; “I prefer to work in my own time and at my own pace”.
So we have listened and have now adapted our meditation course for studying on-line. The course comprises of 9 modules which cover theory and practical work. You will receive MP3 files to guide you through each of the 14 meditations. There are revision questions at the end of each module which need to be completed and returned before you are able to continue. Feedback will be given on each module.
You can work through the course in your own time. Help and support is constantly available through either e-mail, phone or Skype. Once all revision questions have been received and assessed, you will receive your Certificate.
