Pregnancy is sometimes the best time of a woman’s life, but it can also bring problems due to the many changes that are happening within the body; these changes happen faster than at any other time. Massage for Mum to be can be very beneficial and also gives her special time for herself in the preparation for a new family member. Pregnancy massage is a beautiful way to help during this wonderful time in any woman’s life.
This is a one-day course with no case studies.
Course content: The course covers some theory but is mainly practical work. By the end of the course you will know:

- How to carry out a consultation
- Equipment needed
- Massage movements
- Massage oils
- How to carry out a body massage
- Professional Ethics/Code of Practice/Working Environment
- Insurance and how to obtain it
Pre-requisite: Diplomas (or equivalent) are required in Anatomy & Physiology and Body Massage. Como offers an Anatomy and Physiology course undertaken by home study. However, both courses need to be completed before starting the Pregnancy Massage training.

To book and pay: Complete the on-line booking form and an invoice will be sent to you. We accept payment by Bank Transfer, Cash, Cheque, Credit/Debit Card, PayPal. If you wish to pay by instalments, a £50 deposit is required at the time of booking, followed by regular monthly instalments. All payments must be made before training commences.
Confirmation of your place on the course will be made once your booking form and payment/deposit has been received.
