There could be several reasons why working with the feet is not possible, for example amputation, infection, injury to the foot or leg, unable to elevate the leg, or even when someone hates their feet being touched. Hand reflexology is the perfect alternative to add to your list of therapies.
The reflex points on the hands correspond to all organs, glands and systems of the body. Working these points with thumb and finger techniques allows the body to react and respond whilst relaxing, balancing, improving circulation and boosting the immune system.
This is a one and half day course.
