Meditation & Mindfulness

Meditation, including mindfulness, is becoming more widely recognised as one of the best ways of reducing stress, anxiety and depression.  Scientific research has proven that daily mindfulness meditation can help to lower blood pressure, boost the immune system, improve general health and well-being, increase confidence and self-esteem and is effective in combating the mental and physical effects of ageing.

Everyone can meditate, it just takes practise and finding the style that suits you. You don’t need to spend much time meditating either, 10-minutes a day provides huge benefits.

We offer various courses to suit all needs. Our 6-week course teaches you how to meditate for health and well-being purposes; our 3-week Kickstart your Meditation helps you get back into daily practice. We can also offer one-to-one meditation sessions, where the aim is to give you the tools to get you into the practise of daily meditation.

Please note that a minimum of 4 students is required for these courses to run.

Kick-Start your Meditation 3-week Course

One-to-one sessions can be arranged at £30 per session.

Additionally, we run Spiritual Meditation courses with Jason Archer, which will help you to underpin your own spiritual development, tune into the source of wisdom within and experience your true power and gifts.

      We do have a new Spiritual Meditation course starting soon – just in the process of confirming dates. Hopefully we will be able to start at the beginning of June. As soon as the date is confirmed with the tutor, we’ll advertise the dates here.
