Do you have a little experience of meditation but have let your practice slip? Do you feel you need to get back to it but lack the motivation? Do you know the basics but would like to take a step further?
Why not join us for our 3-week Kickstart your Meditation programme to give you the push you need to get back to regular practice. Each session will be 2-hours and as well as looking at some different styles of mediation, we’ll look at why we want to meditate and how we can use it for our own growth and progress on our life journey. We will also have more time to sit in practice and benefit from the increased energies of being in a group.
This course is perfect for those who have already completed our Meditation and Mindfulness Course as we explore what comes next.
