With wired installation, your video doorbell can activate your existing chime when the ring button is pressed. If you open the Doorbell and Chime Settings and do not see a Mini camera that you have added, the Mini may be in a different system. In Event Response mode, the batteries may deplete faster than when the doorbell is connected to powered wiring, or on a system with a Sync Module.
