I Love all your books and if it doesn't interfere with your family time hope that you right and read many more. Energy flows where attention goes, and some of that attention is just emboldening the negative forces in the world. There are many reasons for this, but one is because people who can’t get positive attention often opt for negative attention, rather than getting no attention at all (p4). Also the larger picture on how to make a movie is pretty interesting and informative as well at times. A must read for anyone who loves a dash of comedy and a fun book. Also do not miss the illustrations which are equally fun. I mean what he says is pretty true but I didn’t like the delivery. Or maybe it was the descriptions of each trait needed. Or maybe it was how he came off like it was so easy and how well he does if. I don’t know. Maybe I’m just not the right audience.

Marcus is a great character as well as the supporting cast. Lots of funny references that are situational funny if you are connecting the fact that this is KEVIN HART who is writing it. Lots of wink wink kind of funny about Hollywood references. Overall, Marcus Makes a Movie was fun, refreshing, realistic and uplifting illustrated novel with interesting storyline and great message for kids.

Being able to carry conversations and make connections with a greater range of people opens up doors to ideas and opportunities you wouldn’t otherwise have if you stayed narrow minded.
