Terms & Conditions

Below are our general Terms and Conditions which may be amended from time to time.

A booking form is required for all courses/events that you would like to attend.  Once your booking form has been received, a place will be reserved for you and an invoice sent.

A £50, non-refundable, deposit is required to secure a place on the course/event and confirmation will be sent to you.

Full payment is required 7-days before the start of your course/event unless an instalment plan has been agreed. Failure to make payment may result in you losing your place.

If an instalment plan has been agreed it is your responsibility to make regular monthly payments, preferably by standing order.  Failure to make regular payments may result in you being removed from the course.

If the course/event you have booked on is cancelled by us, and an alternative date cannot be agreed, a full refund will be made.

Should you decide to withdraw from, or not complete, the course that you have booked on, you will still be liable for full payment of that course/event.

It is at the discretion of the Directors as to whether a refund, or any part thereof, will be given due to cancellation.

Dates for assessments and examinations will be agreed between you and your tutor on Day 1 of training. Failure to attend or cancellation will incur a £25 re-scheduling fee.

It is your responsibility to complete all case studies and present to your tutor on the dates required.
