Meditation, including mindfulness, is becoming more widely recognised as one of the best ways of reducing stress, anxiety and depression.  Scientific research has proven that daily mindfulness meditation can help to lower blood pressure, boost the immune system, improve general health and well-being, increase confidence and self-esteem and is effective in combating the mental and physical effects of ageing.

Everyone can meditate, it just takes practise and finding the style that suits you. You don’t need to spend much time meditating either, 10-minutes a day provides huge benefits.

During our weekend Meditation Workshop we look at the history of meditation, the science supporting its benefits, the benefits to health and wellbeing and we will cover ten different types of meditation. The course covers both theory and practice and you receive course notes and a certificate.

Please note that we run this Workshop just once year and a minimum of 5 students are required for this course to run.

Location: Kingsmoor Clinic, Kingston Bagpuize, OX13 5AP
Cost: £150, inclusive of Workshop Notes & Certificate

To Book: Complete the on-line booking form and an invoice will be sent to you.  We accept payment by Bank Transfer, Cash, Cheque, Credit/Debit Card, PayPal. All payments must be made before training commences.

Confirmation of your place on the course will be made once your booking form and payment/deposit has been received.

Please note that a minimum of 5 students are required for this Workshop to run.

    • Hi Sally

      We do have a new Spiritual Meditation course starting soon – just in the process of confirming dates. Hopefully we will be able to start at the beginning of June. As soon as the date is confirmed with the tutor, we’ll advertise the dates here.
