I recently installed the "free floating screen"-style aftermarket "Halo 9" radio from Alpine (ilx-F903d) and I thought I should share some pics from the installation.All was working fine, but the dangling USB cable going into the dash niggled me somewhat, so I bought a USB3 face-fixed socket. The large screen makes the media side of things easy to control, and gives a nice cle ar view when the reversing camera kicks in. The iLX-F903D features a 1DIN chassis, making it immediately compatible with any vehicle with either 1DIN or 2DIN radio dock.
