About this deal

Never miss an incident, a BlackVue Power Magic battery adds valuable additional recording time to your set-up without troubling your vehicle’s battery, for ‘always-on’ functionality. You can also see recorded video, a live view, and access the camera from across the web if it has an Internet connection. Cover a period of more than 54 hours on a 32GB microSD card front and rear at the highest (Extreme) quality setting. The app also controls BlackVue Cloud and its unique set of connected features including Emergency Notifications, Live View, Video Back-Up and Real Time Tracking. Wide 139 ̊ field of view captures super clear FHD quality video whenever incidents or accidents happen.

Rest easy knowing that your BlackVue is always capturing and saving video evidence – front and rear, and the built-in SIM card slot means your dash cam is always connected to BlackVue’s industry-leading Cloud services. You can do this by disabling the auto-join option in your phone’s WiFi settings for the dashcam’s hotspot. Improved Parking Mode Voice Notification scenario to reduce false positives (such as opening/closing doors): the dashcam will ignore all Events occurring in the 3-minutes before exiting Parking Mode. meaning you are always connected, enabling unique features like Remote Live View, letting you monitor your vehicle from anywhere in real time – it’s like always having a pair of eyes on your car. On a box truck, this can come handy to determine liability when accidents happens to cargo during the unloading process. You also can go in and configure all the dashcam’s settings on your computer too if you don’t want to use your phone. Motion and Impact detection mode uses your cameras image sensor to detect movement, and the inbuilt accelerometer/G-sensor to detect bumps or impacts. We see great things for the cloud connectivity in the industry, and Blackvue is the first company to get there. That means your DR750S-2CH can better capture crucial details like licence plates, even on fast-moving objects.

Note: Recording at 1080p on two dashcams for both driving and parking mode takes up lots of memory card space. Also, any downloadable content (DLC) or codes that usually come with these items are likely to have been redeemed already and are not available for reuse. On a similar note, I hear Blackvue is also working on a DR900-2CH LTE as well which is great to hear. That camera will cost more than the DR750S though (it will be sold alongside the 750, not replacing it), but the DR750S will be sufficient for recording your daily drives. First, try formatting the microSD card using the Format button on the side of the dashcam (Hold the button until a voice prompt plays, then hold again). The main differences in terms of infrared camera specs are the wider angle of view and the higher resolution (Full HD 1080p vs HD 720p). I’m a big fan of how fully featured the DR750S is and it’s one of my favorite dashcams as an all-around package.
