Fasten your seat belts for post apocalyptic cooking and violent mayhem on this crazy food truck road trip! Supreme Chef: Gordon's food is delicious to anyone who tastes it, though usually it's just him and Arisa. This leads to a sequence that could most generously be read as tying into that whole "love for the zest of life" theme but otherwise comes off as a trite development that only serves to trip some of the most basic storytelling flags in the genres that Crazy Food Truck has chosen to occupy by this point.

Kyle's pursuit has been paused since the last volume, so these appearances feel done so out of necessity—a way to spell out the series' ending and explain underexplored elements of the lore while there's still time. However, we haven't seen that much of the plot, besides collecting more and more questions with each chapter.I mean both being badass daddies that cook and named Gordon is already enough to make those jokes, right? It's not a convoluted story or anything among those lines, but it is pure entertainment at the moment.

Gordon mentions that life "adapted and evolved" (in only a few hundred years since the Unspecified Apocalypse). If you're after a manga with below average writing, very average art and a whole lot of a naked minor hanging out with an old man, then this is the manga for you.which Gordon picks up after almost running her over while she was sleeping in the middle of the road.

Even when he finds a town, you can see dunes settled around buildings that are in rough shape, and the townsfolk aren't in the best shape themselves. The owner of a food truck in a post apocalyptic world nearly runs over a naked girl sleeping in the middle of the desert. Overall: The first 80% of this manga is pretty good, and if it was never cancelled, it could have been even better. The knowledge that this is all ending soon prompts a shift into a "burn bright and burn fast" philosophy that honestly feels at odds with the previous two volume's taking-it-easy travelogue vibes.

I'd argue there are series that don't have the tag that have more fan service, but this doesn't shy away from displaying boobs so it's understandable why the tag's there.
