It doesn't matter what management technique you use—managing by walking around, practicing active listening, or showing interest by asking personal questions. The process included a one-on-one meeting with each new employee introducing the concepts and an accountability system that focused on results and minimized “people” problems.

It went so quick and easy that I am actually planning to listen to it at least one more time really soon.
