Each 114g stick is 22mm diameter x 175mm long and contains resin on the outside and hardener running through the middle. Steel stick is a hand-mixable, non-rusting, steel-reinforced epoxy putty that quickly repairs or rebuilds anything made of steel.

The material is suitable for application to manually prepared surfaces such as hand wire brush, sanding, mechanical grinding, or wire brush. Superfast Epoxies are suitable for exterior and interior applications and are resistant to water, chemicals and temperature extremes. Expedition items should be dry before closing but if packed wet, open again at earliest convenience to dry fully.For safety, check all bolts/brackets 7 days after installation and inspect all fixtures every 3 months.

Undertray shields will need to be removed before fitting and trimmed around the bolt locations using a dia cutter or something similar.Three of the products in the Superfast Epoxy Putty Stick range have WRAS Approval – Superfast Steel, Superfast Copper and Superfast Aqua Potable Water – meaning they are safe for sealing pipes carrying drinking water.
