About this deal

Julian is damaged from his past so he makes it clear that he is not interested in any type of relationship except friends with benefits, and Brielle reluctantly agrees. Some parts felt too convenient, some did not make much sense, and I'm not the first one to say how badly this author needs an editor ( not even a good one, any will do at this point), because mamma mia, it wasn't even funny at times. you definitely need to read on because this story is so heartbreakingly good that it brings a tear to your eye.

At first, Brielle makes a fool of herself, acts like an irresponsible teenager than a nanny and if I were the father, I would definitely kick her out of my house! In conclusion, if you love trainwrecks with an alphahole hero and lots o’ sex and not a whole lot of sense, you may enjoy this. Brielle and Julian try to ignore their attraction for a short while but they cannot resist the sizzling hot chemistry between them for long and they start a “friends with benefits” arrangement. The H and h enter into a no-strings relationship/friends with benefits/ etc because they are sooooo attracted to each other and the sex scenes begin. You'll spend half the book wanting to punch Mr Masters in the dick and the rest tearing your panties off. Also, the hero talks freely with his two close (male) friends about women in their lives and they tell each other about their sex life in an open and sometimes vulgar way and it might disturb some readers, just saying it here. Brielle is a young, Australian engineer looking for a short term life change after being cheated on multiple times by her now ex-boyfriend.

Possible Triggers: Yes Loss of a spouse to suicide (off page), the H has 2 children from previous marriage, the H used prostitution after his wife died (off page mostly but a few on page) *mention of using prostitutes while married by other reader, but I don’t remember the book to say accurately* And there is a ~13 year age difference between the h (25) and H (38). I mean, it seems to end well, but you just know folks are going to have a whole mess of problems after the dust settles, right? The descriptions used for the characters and the dialogue between the characters was incredible and the book was so well written! There is a scene where they had some kinda sexual act in the room with children, they were watching a movie and whatever they did it was under the blanket so the children didn't see it but it was weird and I just didn't like it.
