It is a mixture of essential pure plant oils which provide relief of bronchial and nasal congestion and hay fever by inhalation. For bronchial and nasal congestion: Adults and children aged 2 and over: Two to three drops inhaled from a handkerchief or tissue or added to hot water and vapour inhaled.

For children aged 3 months to 2 years, add 4 drops of Olbas for Children* to a tissue or hanky and place it just out of reach. They mention that it helps clear their blocked nose, is great for a stuffy nose, and is far better than nasal drops/spray. p>
