If you have iOS 13 or later, to stop calls from people you don’t know you can turn on a feature called Silence Unknown Callers. This is also done in Settings app. Go to Settings > Phone, scroll down, then select Silence Unknown Callers. At that point, I decided not to let Truecaller filter my spam texts.
