I shook my head, I cried, there were epiphanies, I said "I knew it, I'm really not crazy", felt sad, felt relieved, laughed a bit in a "no shit" tone. Every time I talked differently or behaved differently, I was essentially telling my subconscious mind that the “real Adam” wasn’t good enough. million times since its original posting, Adam has been inspired by the movement the hashtag has created, even going so far as to pen his own book around the hashtag’s meaning as a way to inspire others.I love Adam’s online content but most of that is already in this book, I think the journal points at the end of the book are great so I’m looking forward forward to using those. After seeing Adam’s insta page I knew this would be a book I’d read again and again and it didn’t disappoint lots of curse words and lots of spiritual things inside which I’d used myself and put myself into it as the person in the book.

I find myself endlessly scrolling though pointless Instagram videos at 3am to distract myself and who should slap me in the face with the words "if people keep treating you like shhhh, and you keep allowing it. I wish I had this book 25 years ago, I would have told many undeserving people to do one and been my best version quicker. This one’s definitely staying on my shelf for those times when I need a reminder of my own badassery. Adam Cam certainly didn’t expect to ignite anything when he put his own take on the personal development movement online, and yet that is exactly what happened when one follower commented on one of his videos about Adam’s mix of savagery and wisdom. Makes you seriously question your life decisions and asks you to look at things from a different perspective.highly recommended for people looking for an honest view on how to turn your life around and take more control. savage wisdom by adamcam is a self help book with inspirational pages to try and get you to stop sabotaging yourself and take responsibility of your actions and decisions in life. My favourite piece is’ the more you walk away from things that clutter your head, hurt your heart,and drain your vibe….

I felt as though I was finally stepping into my power, and that is essentially the core message of Savage Wisdom; to accept yourself for who you are, and be unapologetic in your approach to life. Firstly you should be following Adam on social media but honestly if you are a snowflake dont bother. I'm flipping monkeys constantly at the moment and I'm telling you straight once you start you will get it and the difference it makes.I also listen to it when I feel like my own internal dialogue isn't quite loud enough to drown out the negative little goblin in the back of my head. It is so raw and totally authentic with no fluffy words, its very straight to the point but thats why its so good! Adam's unique take on personal development and self-help cuts through all the "fairy dust and unicorns" of spirituality. And the section of questions to ask yourself was way harder than I thought, it made me rethink about a lot of things I have been taking for granted. In some instances I was that undeserving idiot which is okay, because that was then and this is now.
