About this deal

They gave me the option of receiving a refund or a different moisturiser, so I chose the 2 nd option! I love skincare so much and after having struggled with acne for years I’ve developed an appreciation for all it can do. Comment below if you have any questions about any of the products mentioned here- or about anything at all! If a product doesn’t work for you, you have a year to get in touch with them, and they will offer you a refund or send you an alternative product which might work better for you.

Traditional cleansers are mostly made up of water, but here, you’re just paying for the active ingredients, not for water. I don’t have time for that especially in the morning, nor have I ever had an issue with a skincare product doing this. It contains hyaluronic acid, an ingredient that’s great for keeping your skin plump and hydrated, as well as sake kasu extract, and papaya extract.

I used a niacinamide serum in the past but didn’t see any benefits however (but that might just be a ME problem hahah). With over seven years' experience working across a diverse array of disciplines, Liyya completed a postgraduate diploma in dermatology in clinical practice in 2018. In skincare, I avoid essential oils because I’ve found they irritate my skin, but in my haircare I’m not that fussy. It also contains Rice bran oil, organic cranberry seed oil, organic jojoba oil, vitamin e and ceramides which are great ingredients for nourishing, soothing and moisturising the skin. I still prefer to wear light coverage, as I work from home most days and have hyperpigmentation to cover – you can see it on my forehead in the middle, and to the sides of my cheeks.

I’m working on getting rid of it using my Dermatica melasma subscription but until then, I’m covering it. For example, my acne treatment contained adapalene, which is an ingredient which can only be accessed through a doctor or dermatologist in the UK.Their claims are fair- they don’t claim that they will transform your skin, but they are a healthy, balanced and gentle addition to your life and skincare routine (that make my routine that little bit easier and smoother! I’ve dabbled in using my fingers to transfer and smooth foundation into my skin, but nowadays I tend to use a damp beauty sponge. My only complaint is that they make it difficult to go back abd edit your answers in the evaluation form, but I figured it out in the end. Whether you’re looking for sulphate free shampoo bars, or ones suitable for coily or oily hair, there are bars for everyone. My personal opinion is to get full coverage like that in that small area, it would take at least 1 full pump.

Their Clean 10 Cleansing Balm contains only 10 ingredients (including vitamin E and pearl barley), and it has a smoother than butter texture.Didn’t like the part where I had to upload photos of course in the most unflattering positions; but I understand the method to the madness. I am thinking of booking with the clinic but I am finding it hard to see any independent reviews of their treatments. With Melasma this can sometimes take a little longer to see significant results, patience and persistence here are key.
