Update: This about a week after I made the review, and the colognes smell did get slightly better, but not by that much.

I don't know what dry down everyone else is talking about, every time you get a whiff of it on yourself it just has this cloying, teen body spray smell to it. Beginning with fresh top notes of Lemon, Cardamom and Lavandin, this fragrance then moves towards a warm heart of cinnamon bark while a chord of Black Jack (composed of roasted coffee, whisky and leather) pairs harmoniously with that of amber mixed with the city scent of concrete, which compose the mineral chord. It's still far from smelling like a cup of coffee, more like a big bottle of really good vanilla creamer that someone accidentally poured coffee into.

The performance is way more worse than they say on reviews, the projection is like less than 50cm, the longevity is like 9-10 hour but why it would matter if almost no one can feel it around you?Actually smells like a high end fragrance, it's a dark sweet fragrance that will compliment black or any dark outfit or clothing choice. And when I say coffee think Lynx Dark Temptation or a lighter/cheaper coffee smell, not dark/strong ground natural coffee beans if that's what you're looking for.

Myself, I drink Nescafe instant coffee and Latte Macchiatto, but Halloween Man X doesn't smell like that. I love this fragrance, it was one of my first purchases as a collector and i keep coming back to it.
