Mistral Gin is distilled in Provence and six of the twelve botanicals used in its production are native to the region. MistralGin is a sophisticated craft gin which will surprise you with its fresh, distinctive flavours, fascinate you with its subtle rosé colour and transport you to a land bathed in sunshine.Using botanicals from the land carved by the Mistral wind the light pink gin features the botanicals of Provence with a fresh citrus flourish and by adding your favourite mixer you can enjoy a new experience from Provence lifestyle wherever you are! Drinks will be chilled in 30-45 minutes and will be kept cold for several hours, especially if kept in the shade. MistralGin is made up of many botanical, plants and herbs from Provence, delicately distilled: basil, fennel, thyme, mint… but also grapefruit, eucalyptus… Discover all the floral composition of this rosé dry gin made in Provence. This gin is the result of the passion for all things Provence and is created using skills and knowledge that extend from a 100 year old distillery in the heart of Provence to the busy gin bars of London, the home of modern craft gin.

It’s light and dry and it makes you feel like you’re drinking something far more expensive than it really is. Palate: To taste this has a lovely creamy spice with bright grapefruit and citrus freshness which would go well with a premium tonic and some cinnamon for garnish.Scents of herbs like Thyme, Fennel, Eucalyptus, Mint and Grapefruit transported by the fresh Mistral ocean breeze describe the South of France like nothing else. Botanicals: Maniguette, Coriander, Cardamon, Iris Root, Juniper, Pink Pepper, Eucalyptus, Fennel, Basil, Pink Grapefruit, Mint and Thyme Hand crated in small batches. The pink hue apparently comes from the pink grapefruit which we presume are also macerated after distillation. The six Provençal botanicals (thyme, basil, fennel, pink grapefruit, eucalyptus and mint), all hand-picked from the nearby mountain slopes of nearby Montagne du Lure, are infused and distilled separately.
