Pest Expert Formula 'B' Mouse Poison Bait Blocks contain an industrial strength rodenticide, now approved for amateur use. The bait is gone but so is the mouse – this is not an uncommon problem, as stated previously, mice are fairly intelligent and can recognise traps and will try and dislodge the bait to avoid getting caught. With two types of poison, this Kit offers a 'double-pronged attack' - the fastest and most effective method of mouse control. Black Pearl Paste and Grain are highly attractive baits containing micro-encapsulated Alphachloralose. The first two occasions I used this product I put a sachet down for 7 consecutive nights, until day 8, the sachet was still there in the morning and sat there for over a week, untouched, which gave me the confidence to end treatment.

We recommend use in tamper-resistant bait boxes to prevent access by children and or/pets and non-target animals. Low quality bait blocks are produced with a high wax content, making them less palatable to mice and resulting in very low uptakes of poison, which in turn can lead to failure to control and even resistance, thus failing to eradicate the pests.

Formula 'B' is produced here in the UK, from only premium grade wholewheat grain with no known resistance and no rotation required with any other type of poison. Alphachloralose mouse killer is the only non-anticoagulant bait in the UK and Europe, designed to kill mice almost instantly by creating a hypothermic reaction thus potentially giving total control in 1 day, unlike your average anticoagulant now of 7-10 days or more. If using outdoors it will need protection from the weather, so I use an old sandwich box (with lid) and a large hole in each of two sides. After capture, make sure you release the mouse in a remote location far enough away from your home, that it cannot find a way back.

Bait stations allow the user to monitor rodenticide consumption easily as the bait can easily be checked visually. If you wish to use Mouse Poison when there are children and pets in the house, a Mouse Bait Box or Bait Station will ensure only mice can gain access to the bait.The rats cannot get access to my food and no boxes of cereals have been touched they are on top of the microwave.
