You really get a feel of what’s what in this friendship group before tragedy struck and I appreciated the clear and thorough backstory. Forced to go on the run to prove her innocence and protect her child, she learns that the woman is an escaped mental patient, and must convince her estranged husband that he is dating a psychopath before it's too late.They didn't waste any time with the plot, the action began very quickly and the movie kept a steady pace.

The story opens in the aftermath of this event and moves back to follow events of the holiday, in which simmering tensions come to the surface.I picked this book up at a book festival earlier this year and have just gotten around to reading it and what a great read it was. My friends Poppy, Saffie and Trina form a phalanx of support around me, a guard of honour as we walk to the car. This one starts off at Andrews funeral , who died whilst on holiday with 7 friends in Italy, yet there is no body! I felt something in the pocket of a pair of shorts that he’d worn on the last day of his life, before he changed into his evening wear. My Husband’s Killer is a cutting and addictive suspense noir, that will draw in all domestic mystery fans.
