About this deal

I received my parcel a lot sooner than I thought and as I said couldn't be more pleased with the items. It's not the best product ive ever used for the job but certainly the best i would use on my children or anyone with a more sensative skin type.

As they are so sensitive to weather conditions, you may not even see any at all (but you'll be ready if you do)! The following occur naturally in the essential oils in this product – listed here in case of allergies: myrcene, citronellal, geranyl acetate, nerol, limonene, citral. I found myself favouring the Trek Midge and Tick as personally for me it didn’t wear off as quickly. The best way to avoid being bitten by midges is to cover up your bare skin at times when they are most likely to be around. It’s summer in Scotland and as well as the beautiful weather, incredible scenery and welcoming people, there is a fair chance of seeing a midge or two, particularly on the West Highland Way.Completing an Alpine crossing is a test of mind, body and spirit, but along with this come the rewards that only a long-distance tour can provide, a special feeling of achievement and memories that will last forever.

Me había comentado ya que tuviera cuidado con los midges, que son unos mini mosquitos que atacan en grupo. It claims 12 hours of working against the 8 hours stated by the Smidge spray, so when you are as forgetful as I am you get longer to remember (haha). While one walker or cyclist will suffer only tiny red dots where the midges have bitten, someone else could come up in larger, itchier bits. The midges weren’t anywhere near as bad as I was anticipating, we didn’t need to use the midge nets that had been sent to us by both Smidge and Pyramid. The midges for me were at worst a mild irritation, we didn’t come across any black swarms of midges and believe this to be down to the hot dry weather. Nature’s way There are said to be some natural midge such as essential oils like Eucalyptus, lavender and lemon. Midges target their victims by sensing carbon dioxide in exhaled breath and other odours associated with their targets.

Is that what it was designed for, no – but you will smell nice and have really soft skin for the little blighters to ‘possibly’ sink their teeth into.Bike along the Danube Cycle Path and follow the river for much of its length through Germany, Austria, Slovakia, and Hungary. Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn’t do than by the ones you did do. Anyways l have tried all the various antii midge sprays from deet to the special forces jungle patches.
