it is what it is--it's not designed to be some mature, nuanced niche umami fragrance, it's more "ooh, mami. I'm not familiar with the specifics of making cotton candy and whether it can be burnt/overdone, but this is the feeing I get.HOWEVER, the next morning as I was getting ready, I was smelling a mysterious sweet, caramel scent emitting from somewhere on my dresser. on the skin i can mostly smell a sweet vanilla that's intoxicating with a touch of the cotton candy, but the cotton candy isn't sickeningly artificial. It’s tarte and sharpe with a sweet soft background like liquorice sherbert with a dolly mixture base. Pink Sugar is the perfect idea for a first adolescent fragrance, thanks to its aroma and everything that its delicate wake transmits to us. I much prefer the dry down over the very seet opening, as time passes by and you get a whiff of the scent it’s much milder and not as sugary sweet, and I get much more of that brown sugar and fruity notes!
