I am going to suggest my son now read it to try and make him realise he is not alone with his struggles. It has given a possible explanation for many things I've wondered about, such as why I reacted a certain way as a child in certain situations, and also as an adult. I read it hoping to find a book helpful for autistic teens (which it certainly is) but it really taught me something too.
