The stethoscope doesn't really work but to be honest a plastic stethoscope toy is never going to be hospital grade and I don't think my daughter really cares! The only negative I have found is the blood pressure monitor cuff is 'adult sized' rather than made to fit a child, the velcro that holds it together is not placed in a way that it can be secured small enough to stay on child's arm but this can be sorted with either something like a paper clip or by adapting it by moving the velcro or adding a couple of poppers.
