That all said, it’ll still be more than sufficient for those just getting into drones, with easy flight controls and video quality that doesn’t look too bad even when showcased on a 4K TV – it’s just not quite as clear and smooth as it could be. With GPS Positioning and Optical Flow Positioning the HS720E provides stable flight and hovers accurately whether outdoors or indoors making it easy to control and safe to use.

The 4K 30fps video is around 55mbps which means that artefacts in general aren’t too much of an issue and the image is sharp.One-key take-off and landing can be expected as standard for all but the cheapest drones these days, but the HS720 drone does so smoothly and steadily. The lens is double the resolution found on entry-level drones and the designers attempt reasonably successfully to control video shake with brushless motors and ‘shock absorption’.The HS720E’s 4K camera doesn’t have a gimbal for perfect stability, yet it manages to capture surprisingly steady images which are enjoyable to watch and crisp in detail. This drone is beginner-friendly thanks to its flying aids, such as auto-hovering and maintaining a fixed position in the air. Opening the box reveals a top quality rubberized zipped hard case which, in turn, contains the drone, controller and accessories in custom-fitted places. This is due to its low interference, low wear, and strong engine power while providing great support for stability.
