About this deal

The Anywhere 2S does feel small, but I ultimately think it boils down to personal preference whether that's an issue, because there isn't anything inherently wrong with the shape or design. Review summary: The Good Design Awards Program ist presented by the Chicago Athenaeum and honors the most innovative and cutting-edge industrial, product, and graphic designs produced around the world. The wheel also rocks left and right for horizontal scrolling but I found it more useful to set these as buttons also.

Rather than using irregularities in the surface to track movements, Darkfield uses tiny details to create a "micro-road map" of the surface and detect position changes.I’ve also tried (destroyed) a few Razer mice, a Roccat, Steelseries and such, but always keep coming back to the reliable good ol’ Logitech for daily and work use especially. There are no battery door and/or dongle storage slot, so the build seems to be more solid than the original M905. Traditional optical mice can struggle to achieve any level of precision on very smooth surfaces since they use the imperfections on the surface to create a map of where they are and what direction they are moving in.

WHAT'S COVERED: Immediate protection against accidental damage, along with cover for breakdowns and faults not covered by the seller/manufacturer warranty. And if you are not fussed about being able to hide the Pico receiver inside the mouse or the Mouse 3 -button location… Then maybe this is the mouse for you.Crafted to fit your hand, this comfortable portable mouse provides the control you need at home, at work or on the go. Logitech’s MX Anywhere 2 mouse delivers everything the discerning user would expect from a desktop mouse and packs into a small, easy-to-use, easy-to-carry device.

To me, the only thing that was missing on the original Anywhere MX is that you can’t charge the mouse battery within the mouse itself.

The button placement is perfect for right handed people (sorry lefties), and there is pretty low friction on most surfaces with the smooth plastic feet. I have the MX Anywhere 2 connected to my Lenovo Y510p via the pico receiver on profile 1, as well as to my Galaxy Note 8 via bluetooth on my profile 2. com is a leading authority on technology, delivering lab-based, independent reviews of the latest products and services. Except, if I have to pick a single mouse as the one mouse that I want to use on all of my device, I would rather go with the MX Master.

This is good for, say, flying through a long document or zooming back to the top of your Twitter feed, and it feels oddly satisfying. ddriver - Thursday, December 17, 2015 - link Yes, the majority of the issues I've had with logitech products were related to the switches.

theduckofdeath - Tuesday, December 22, 2015 - link It was a great mouse for its size, but far from perfect. Included in the packaging is an instruction manual on how to open up the mouse and remove the battery for safe disposal purpose . Flow allows you to move your mouse cursor between computers, so long as they're on the same Wi-Fi network.
