However, on spraying it for myself, I discovered that the first immediate scent was a metallic, sharp, cheap smelling sticky sweetness that had no complexity whatsoever. I was pleased to find that it did dry down to smell something like that on me eventually, but to be honest I like to be able to appreciate my perfumes from the get go, not to have to wait!
