A powerful and effective foot massage, the shiatsu foot massage originates from Asia and provides pain relief of sore feet, improves circulation, and promotes cell regeneration. The warm setting isn’t very noticeable but my goodness it does warm freezing feet it just doesn’t feel like there’s heat as there is so much else going on with the massaging parts. It’s very easy to use… all the buttons are at your feet - on/off, stop (in case you need to stop before the 15 mins), heat (if you want warmed feet - I found this a little underwhelming though and took a while to feel the warmth), intensity level (3 of them - experiment and find your happy) and mode (3 of these too - massage, air massage and combined). Each feature, the heating, the 3 pre-set massage intensity, and the air compression intensity can be set in 3 different level (low, Medium, or high). The heating was non-existent in my personal opinion, even if I turned it on for the most intense setting.

The FM90 helps to relax and regenerate tired feet with its relaxing air compression and shiatsu massage functions. I personally have medium-sensitive feet so I like to set medium intensity but for someone with very sensitive or tickly feet, this might be too intense.
