About this deal

I bought the book because it sounded mega interesting and I read it captivated with my face locked into an open-mouthed emoji for the duration. I recommend this book for readers who want to know more about the OBE phenomenon and prefer a factual approach without religious interpretation. For Monroe, fear was the dominant theme – fear of the unknown, of strange (non-physical) beings, of “death”, of God, etc.

Then I went back to my body and I woke up and I got up and I moved to the cell door and I put my finger into the hole of the lock and used it to pull the door open, which it did. This consciously left his sleeping self at night and explored not only what we term our third dimensional world, but also spiritual, non physical realities which defied rational explanation. This classic, first-hand account of out-of-body experiences challenges us to revise our ideas about life and death.Locale 2 is a vast, nonphysical realm that appears to be the usual habitat of the disembodied person; it is filled with all kinds of other beings in all kinds of situations. Unfortunately for our peace of mind, there are thousands of instances, reported by normal people, of exactly this sort of occurrence.

Robert Monroe's experiences are probably the most intriguing of any person's of our time, with the possible exception of Carlos Castaneda's. No digo que solamente los que han pasado por una situación similar tengan que leer ese libro, sino que en sí encierra a un público general y que es capaz de romper barreras de pensamiento si uno mismo lo permite. If you are deep into the subject matter and have familiarity with Bob Monroe’s audio materials you may find this book a great read. Octavo, 279 pages, blue bomc cloth, inked name on endpaper; dj spine very chipped, rear panel waterstained Autobiographical account of Monroe's frequent out-of-body experiences, leading him to found The Mind Institute in Virginia in 1971. But that's ok, because if we, as humanity are to rise to the next higher level of awareness and zeitgeist as a collective, it is high-time that some of the myths are laid to rest and we come to grips about the true nature of our existence. Me abruma tanto como me abrumó en la universidad ese ramo de astronomía que tomé, donde cada nueva clase el universo parecía más y más ancho e insondable y una más perdida y pequeña en él. I found it quite fascinating, even though it is much different from Moody's and Eadie's books, in that it is not concerned so much with death and the spiritual aspects of OOBEs.
