Epic Monsters are a subclass of Monsters even more elusive than Rares. However, unlike Rares, these special Monsters have a unique breeding combination on each island, and once obtained cannot be bred with. Aside from Epic Wubbox, Epics retain the same song as their common and Rare counterparts. Epic Seasonals have a unique animation. Like Rares, they generate even more Currency. Yeah. Every parent worries about that and it's important not to beat ourselves up too much if we don't get it right all the time. There's no such thing as a perfect parent. Rares are also uniquely available to buy in the StarShop when available. Since 2020, a group of 3 Rares (two Naturals and one Fire Monster) are available to buy with Starpower every two weeks. Sometimes Monsters are also available in the StarShop for other special promotions, like during Seasonal Events. My boys made all kinds of monsters from ghosts, to monsters with wings or horns or loads of legs. You could look through the books for more inspiration on different kinds of monsters too. Ignoring the blatantly obvious CGI in the footage of the Pocahontas County Fire Dragon (or whatever it was called), the first two seasons were more or less believable as a semi-legit monster-hunting tag-along. But after the “rogue team” came into play in season 3 and then all the bizarre happenings throughout season 4 that were simply too weird to be belived (I haven’t watched season 5 yet since the question of “cutting the cord” came up and left me outvoted as the only one who still wanted live TV, but now that we have Discovery+ I’m working on catching up), I’m convinced the show’s mostly fiction. But that’s honestly fine with me, since I don’t watch shows like this really expecting them to end with Bigfoot or whatever other sought after cryptid ending up captured. The most entertaining aspects of the show to me are the AIMS team members’ larger-than-life personalities, humor, and watching Willy and Wild Bill build traps. Magical Monsters are a class of Monsters exclusive to Magical Islands associated with one or more certain elements being Psychic ( ), Faerie ( ), Bone ( ), and/or Light ( ). As with Fire Monsters, they are harder to breed and take longer to hatch than common Natural Monsters. So you put your hand out in front of you and you start with the finger from the other hand, and every time you run up a finger or thumb, then you breathe in, and then you pause at the top, you breathe out as you run down the other side. And you pause at the bottom. And you go all the way across your whole hand. And then when you get to the end, then you take a breath, you shake it out and you see how you feel now.

Legendary Monsters are a special class of Monsters, all of which manifest one element, Legendary ( ). They are divided into two subclasses: the Shugafam and the Werdos. The Shugafam are a special group of Monsters found on Shugabush Island, and are a result of a collaboration with musician Kristian Bush. They are obtained by teleporting a Shugabush fed to level 15 from Plant Island. The Werdos are Monsters that add lyrics to the Natural Islands, and can only be obtained by purchasing them for 100 each. Teardrop Scarab ( Siofra River: Found in the Mohgwyn Dynasty area in a small cave, at the eastern edge of the blood lake with four blood albinaurics that appear after killing the beetle) Teardrop Scarab ( Mountaintops of the Giants:Found in the lower level of the Ancient Snow Valley Ruins, south of the Nomadic Merchant) Teardrop Scarab ( Liurnia of the Lakes:in Ravine-Veiled Village, found by going as far northeast as possible in Lake of Liurnia) Natural Monsters are the first class of Monsters encountered in My Singing Monsters, and inhabit most islands in the Monster World. They each have one or more of the five Natural Elements: Earth ( ), Cold ( ), Water ( ), Plant ( ), and Air ( ). On each Natural Island, only 4 of these elements can be found.
Ethereal Monsters are a class of Monsters found on Ethereal Island and the Ethereal Workshop. Each Ethereal is associated with one or more of the five elements: Plasma ( ), Shadow ( ), Mech ( ), Crystal ( ), and/or Poison ( ). The Single Element Ethereals are obtained by breeding a Triple Element Monster with a Quad Element Monster on the Natural Islands. These Monsters are hard to acquire since there is only about a 1% chance per try of breeding them on the Natural Islands. They can then be teleported to Ethereal Island when fed to level 15, to breed together to make the double-element Ethereals.Teardrop Scarab( Altus Plateau- Leyndell, Royal Capital: Can be found after heading down the stairs and taking the elevator, right after the fight with Godfrey, First Elden Lord) Celestials are a class of Monsters found on Celestial Island that all manifest the Celestial element ( ). After purchasing in the Market with diamonds, they must be activated by zapping eggs into the dormant statues. They can ascend to their Adult form only during the month in which the Monster's zodiac aligns.
