About this deal

If you enjoy your Pyschological Thrillers to keep you guessing and have delicious twists then you will want to read The Ex Wife! The novel has interesting twists and I like the ending. So, taking into account the story's virtues and faults, I'd say it's an average psychological thriller. a b c Hoosen, Mo (25 April 2022). "Paramount+ Announces Further Casting for UK original series 'The Ex-Wife' ". Streamr . Retrieved 14 November 2022. This book was well-written with some twists and turns along the way. This was an interesting and fast paced read.

Lynch, Kevin (12 October 2022). "How to watch The Ex-Wife online from wherever you are now". TechRadar . Retrieved 14 November 2022.Alice now lives in a house that is a considerable step down from her old one with its beautiful garden and her light-filled studio. She’s struggling to make ends meet as an illustrator, something that used to be just a hobby but now must pay the bills. Mark now loves someone else, and Cassie is resentful of her new life. Anna - the mysterious third POV. Forever looking over her shoulder, petrified her past is catching up to her.

WOW!!! Sally Rigby and Amanda Ashby make an amazing crime writing duo! Combined those two created a unique, fresh, addictive, twisted and fast paced read in The-Ex Wife. Though set in London, England, the miniseries was shot in Budapest, Hungary. Filming began on 10 April 2022 in Budapest, set to wrap later in the Spring, for a total of six weeks of filming. [6] [5] Release [ edit ]I will be reading more from Jess Ryder, and I hope other readers find her book as captivating as I did! I received an advance review copy for free thanks to Rachel's Random Resources and I am leaving this review voluntarily. Alice once had it all—a perfect family complete with a rich husband, a beautiful house, and a daughter she adored. Then came Norah… I would say I hated the husband (obviously he was a cheater and a major plotter), disliked the present wife (she came across as a dumb bimbo), and liked the ex-wife (she was pleasantly gray). What I liked about this book is that I was never really sure what was going on or how things were going to play out. I was addicted for the first 50%, but then things fizzled out a bit. I figured out the first major twist but was surprised by some others. There were certain revelations that were a bit of a letdown. I also was quite intrigued by Sam’s character and wanted to know more about him.

For me, that was a pleasure to read and kept my attention throughout the entire book, because each secondary character was so heavily involved in one way or another. I’d describe [twists] as the deliberate misleading of the reader, encouraging them to make false assumptions and draw wrong conclusions about the narrator/s, the plot, the identity of the characters, their motivations and ambition, or how they are connected to each other. As the book progresses, the reader creates a fictional world in their own imagination and then, at a time of their choosing, the writer brings it crashing down.” In a genre often saturated with similar themes, "The Ex-Wife" manages to stand out, delivering a dark and captivating narrative that will keep readers guessing. This book is a must-read if you’re a fan of psychological thrillers filled with suspense and surprises. Sally Rigby and Amanda Ashby have crafted a compelling tale that will leave you eagerly anticipating their next collaboration. First, I want to thank Sally Rigby, Amanda Ashby, Boldwood Books, NetGalley and last but not least Rachel’s Random Resources for providing me with this book so I may bring you this review. READ MORE: The Pact star Rakie Ayola says she was never going to be ‘a martyr to acting’ as she wins Bafta Cymru’s most prestigious awardAt the halfway point, the story takes a turn and is then told primarily from the detectives POV as they investigate Norah's brutal murder. They think they have the suspect in their crosshairs when they are thrown a curveball and all bets are off. Everything points to Alice. The weapon, the motive, even the opportunity. Alice had a secret to protect at all costs. But is she really guilty? About him, there is more development in the book description than the rest of the book (which is not a descrition btw,is the first chapter) Jordan Stephens as Sam, Tasha's friend, with whom she had a sexual relationship in the past. [3] [2] This book will have you in a finger-pointing frenzy, accusing pretty much anyone and everyone. Who’s telling the truth? Who’s lying? Is anyone innocent in all of this? I can’t tell you how many times I changed my mind on who to trust. (Love that!) Natasha is a university graduate, but allows her husband to COMPLETELY control the money; she has no joint account with him and doesn't even know how much he makes. Really??
