Without Remorse, Without Relent – Models with this rule cannot voluntarily Go to Ground and must always make Sweeping Advances if they are able. Chapters can also deploy Terminator Squads via Land Raiders (5 Terminators or one squad), Land Raider Crusaders (8 Terminators), Drop Pods (each carrying 1 Terminator), and Thunderhawk gunships (up to 15 Terminators or 3 squads). Overall, a strong choice to take, albeit one which makes you build your army in a very specific way. The Day of Sorrows Brother Omnio - Brother Omnio served in the elite 1 st Company under Captain Raphael during the late sixth century of the 41st Millennium. He most famously took part in the cleansing of the Space Hulk known as the Sin of Damnation in 589.M41. Amongst the aesthetically-minded Blood Angels, Omnio was something of an oddity; he was driven by logic and intellectual curiosity. He was analytical, distant even, a quality that sometimes raised suspicions amongst his Battle-Brothers but also ensured that in the heart of a fight he was clear-headed and could be relied upon for vital tactical analysis. Sergeant Gideon once joked that Omnio was a Servitor who had been promoted to the 1st Company by mistake. Unsurprisingly, Omnio didn't see what was funny about that. As their armour enables them to withstand heavy firepower, Terminators often operate in the front lines, closer to the enemy than most Space Marines in power armour, and so much of their weaponry is specialised for medium to close range engagements.

The Cyclone Missile Launcher is unique to Terminators, being the only truly long-range weapon in their arsenal, and it is the only Terminator weapon specifically intended for open battlefield use (it cannot be used in space hulks or during starship boarding operations); it can unleash a volley of Frag or Krak Missiles for anti-infantry or anti-vehicle use. The 1 st Company had largely dissolved mostly because its Astartes felt that no one could live up the dark reputation of their former First Captain, who died during the Siege of Terra. From rounds that douse their targets in acid to hollow shells filled with superheated gas, each type is designed to eliminate specific xenos foes.Each time a unit is selected to shoot, if it contains any models that are equipped with a weapon with this ability, then before you select any targets, each weapon with this ability can fire special-issue ammunition. If any do, select one of the ammunition types below for that weapon; until the end of the phase, each time that weapon is fired, apply the modifiers and abilities associated with that special-issue ammunition:

The standard armament for a Terminator is the Storm Bolter and Power Fist (sometimes called a Power Glove). The Storm Bolter can lay down twice the firepower of a standard bolter at medium to close range, while the Power Fist is a good all-round melee weapon with its strength enabling the wearer to kill most types of infantry and damage even armoured vehicles. The chainfist offers increased effectiveness against even the most heavily armoured tanks, though it is not as good against infantry. Newly-formed Space Marine Chapters often have difficulty obtaining large numbers of suits of this armour, especially because older, more prestigious Chapters have greater priority. Ancient Zorael - The Furioso Dreadnought known as Ancient Zorael was once a Battle-Brother of the Archangels. Zorael had been a Vanguard Veteran within the Blood Angels 1st Company. For over four standard centuries, this daring and heroic warrior carved a path across the stars in the name of Sanguinius and the Chapter. It was said that no foe could best him, but eventually he was run through by Warmaster Abaddon himself on the frozen world of Kymanir. Sheer determination saw Zorael cling to life long enough to be interred into a Dreadnought, from within which he fights on to this day. Many centuries later Zorael still continues to fight for the Archangels, his fury undiminished by the march of years. Every Space Marine Chapter maintains a number of suits of revered Tactical Dreadnought Armour. Terminator suits are the pinnacle of armoured protection available to a Space Marine. Each is all but impervious to small arms fire and can even withstand the merciless onslaught of anti-tank weaponry or the titanic pressures of teleportation through the Warp. These implacable warriors were fortress-breakers of unparalleled skill. The bleak spectacle of these warriors wading through storms of lasfire and shell, stoically smashing apart any obstacle before them with Chainfist and krak blast, became synonymous with Primarch Perturabo's wrath unleashed.

Sternguard Veterans

Some Space Marines who have earned the right to wear Terminator Armour choose to stay in their regular Space Marine power armour, due to its advantages in maneuverability, but they are allowed to wear the Crux Terminatus on their shoulder as an honour badge and a symbol of their place amongst the elite Veterans of the 1st Company.
