About this deal

Chaos Lord • Exalted Champion • Chaos Champion • Aspiring Champion • Sorcerer Lord • Daemon Prince • Daemon Prince of Nurgle • Daemon Prince of Tzeentch • Death Guard Lord The lone battleline option for Chaos Space Marines are Legionaries, and it really seems like we’re meant to take a lot of them, but… Chosen are right there . Legionaries come with the statlines you’d expect and OC 2, and they can re-roll wound rolls of 1 in melee – or all wound rolls if they’re in range of an objective marker. This pushes them a bit more toward melee instead of shooting, and they can put out some solid damage if you give them chainswords and heavy melee weapons. That’s for the best since their other options aren’t great, though the Havoc Autocannon is a pretty solid heavy weapon option for the unit. Note that for what I assume are space reasons, the unit can take a missile launcher, plasma gun, lascannon, or heavy bolter, but these profiles aren’t on the datasheet. Wings: The Master of Possession, your source of powers from the Malefic discipline, doesn’t get the second Deny, but can hurt enemy Psykers in other ways. Specifically, if a Psyker model has one or more Wounds from the Master’s staff allocated to them, they automatically suffer Perils of the Warp, and the Master also has a 12” aura that causes an additional Mortal Wound on Perils for enemy Psykers. Given that they don’t even have to fail a save for this to go off, that’s pretty hilarious, and means that opposing casters have to be genuinely wary of going anywhere near the Master.

Mike P: Players shouldn’t forget the Termite exists! ( Wings: I forgot) Everyone’s favorite metal box with a drill comes in at T8, making it a very interesting option for Iron Warriors players. Termites probably won’t be in completely optimized CSM lists, but they’re a perfectly viable option that can shine in the right builds. Each Chaos Space Marine in a Daemonkin warband seeks to commit atrocities of such infamy that he will be chosen as a host by one of these daemonic entities. When such an unholy pact has been formed, it will be sealed through dark rituals. Slowly, agonisingly, the Daemon will bleed through the veil between realities and into the Chaos Space Marine's physical form, melding with his hateful soul to become something greater and infinitely more horrifying. Daemon Prince with Wings [11 PL, -1CP, 180pts]: Death Hex, G’holl’ax, the Decayed, Gifts of Chaos, Hellforged sword, Mark of Nurgle, Wings Fellow Daemonkin look upon these deformed champions with great reverence, for they are living proof of the ultimate ascension that awaits them all. With gigantic pincer-claws and scythe-like talons of Warp-twisted bone, these malformed abominations slash and tear their prey apart, delighting in the gory carnage they wreak. Both mortal and daemonic warriors are driven to an exultant frenzy when they fight alongside the Greater Possessed, desperate to claim such eternal honour for themselves with a worthy display of brutality. At the start of the third battle round, select either Wanton Massacre or Wanton Slaughter; until the end of that battle round, your army (and every unit from it) is engaged in the wanton act you selected. In Part 1 – We talk about the general overview of the book, what’s in it, our overall impressions, and the army-wide rules and concepts of the Chaos Space Marines All four of the major Dark Gods have Daemonkin devoted to their worship. Khorne Daemonkin are crazed killers who seek to drown the stars in blood, and gladly abandon both reason and control in their desperation to sate the Blood God's endless thirst.

Chaos Rhino • Chaos Predator • Infernal Relic Predator • Chaos Vindicator • Chaos Land Raider • Chaos Land Raider Proteus • Infernal Relic Land Raider Achilles • Land Raider Hades Diabolus • Relic Sicaran Battle Tank • Maulerfiend • Forgefiend • Defiler • Brass Scorpion • Blood Slaughterer • Blight Drone • Foetid Bloat-drone • Kytan • Plague Hulk • Venomcrawler • Myphitic Blight-hauler Malefic Tome. Psyker only. The bearer knows one additional psychic power from one of the disciplines it can access, and it gets +1 to casts. This is huge – getting +1 to cast is a massive bonus that helps smooth out the variance for a ton of powers, pushing them from 50/50 propositions to something much more reliable. The only reason this might not go on your Master of Possession is because you’re giving him a Baleful Icon instead. Note that this gives you an extra power but not an extra cast, so this goes best on a Tzeentch psyker so you can use the stratagem to cast an extra power. ACheap Troops. Chaos Cultists are 5 points per model and make great objective holders and action doers. They’re very good for filling out a roster with some extra bodies. Every unit except Cultists gets the new Let the Galaxy Burn ability, which gives them exploding hits on unmodified 6s to hit with certain weapons, and +2 hits with flame weapons.
