To get started, you simply remove all the protective film, put the base into position, plug it in, open the lid, pull out and fill the clean water tank, then reinsert it. How we test our robot vacuum cleaners

Conventional robot vacuum-mop combos usually drag a wet cloth behind them. This is not cleaned at any stage during the cleaning process.

On its maiden voyage, the S7 MaxV Ultra maps your home. In testing, it automatically labeled my bedroom and living room with the correct names and gave the kitchen, office, hallway, and bathroom generic names like Room 2 and Room 3. It also automatically added some furnishings, including my bed, couch, and dining room table, thus allowing for area cleanings around them. The robot also offers 3D and Matrix maps (the latter is only available on the iPhone 12 Pro, 12 Pro Max, 13 Pro, and 13 Pro Max), but these features weren't very functional or useful during testing. On the other hand, larger areas can be mopped in one go (without having to fill the water tank by hand halfway through...). The map saving feature lets you name individual rooms on the map for area cleaning, set up room-specific cleaning schedules, and use other customized cleaning options. The S7 MaxV Ultra can save up to four maps and intelligently switch between them while it cleans, a useful feature if your home has multiple floors.A unique washing system washes robot mop between mopping, and when cleaning is complete.
