About this deal

Aaaaaaand here it is where it gets complicated. Rohto (or Rohto Mentholatum) manufactures the whole line-up of Skin Aqua sunscreens. In some countries in the South-East Asia region though the sunscreens will be under the Sunplay brand’s umbrella (the name will then be something like Sunplay Skin Aqua), while in other regions, Skin Aqua will be the brand. No biggie, you’ll think: different names, different brands, who cares?

Waterproof and sweat-resistant formula makes it perfect for use for outdoor sports and leisure activities. There's still a lot of support for avoiding parabens following the better safe than sorry route. If you do we completely support you! As for the disadvantages, Zinc Oxide is also not cosmetically elegant. It leaves a disturbing whitish tint on the skin , although , according to a 2000research paper by Dr. Pinnell, it's slightlyless white than TiO2. Still, it's white and disturbing enough to use Zinc Oxide nanoparticles more and more often. It'salso highly stableand non-irritating. So much sothat Zinc Oxide also counts as a skin protectant and anti-irritant. It's also often used to treat skin irritationssuch as diaper rash. As a result, please note this is only an experimental label that can be best used to possible identify problematic products you have used in the past. It is in no way a perfect identifier nor a predictor in whether or not it will exacerbate or cause fungal acne. It will continue to be worked on as more information and research comes to light. The EU Allergen Free label is for the 26 ingredients identified by the EU SCCS and products will be only flagged if a suspected ingredient is on it's ingredient list. It is possible for cosmetics to contain one of the suspect ingredients without it appearing on the ingredient list due to it not reaching the concentration threshold to disclose it and cosmetic manufacturers choice to not disclose it. Stainless steel ball in container helps to blend product inside; space left at the top of container also allows the mixture to blend well.

Most people will find no issues with sulfate, however if you find your skin doesn't like sulfates then free feel to avoid them by looking out for the sulfate-free icon on Skincarisma. These include: Amodimethicone, Behenoxy Dimethicone, Bis-Aminopropyl Dimethicone, Cetearyl Methicone, Cetyl Dimethicone, Cyclomethicone, Cyclopentasiloxane, Dimethicone, Dimethicone Copolyol, Dimethiconol, Methicone, Phenyl Trimethicone, Phenyl Trimethicone, Stearoxy Dimethicone, Stearyl Dimethicone, Trimethylsilylamodimethicone. I don’t know about you, but this seems a bit – flimsy to me. All three filters are very reliable, but I find it strange that with that high amount of Zinc Oxide there’s absolutely no white cast. And then, there’re nearly no “sunscreen boosters” included that would push the SPF a bit. A nice addition are acrylates copolymers, little spheres that’re supposed to bounce off UV radiation. I now understand while the description stresses to reapply often. The UVA protection is likely around 20. Sustainability Because I really like to look like an idiot on the internet. There isn’t an “after” pic because it’s completely undetectable after 20mins. Take an appropriate amount on the palm of hand and apply evenly on skin; feel free to apply another layer to ensure skin is sufficiently coated in sunscreen.clear, oil-soluble, “cosmetically-elegant” liquid, not photostable (loses 10% of its SPF protection ability within 35 mins), needs other filters to stabilize (like Tinosorb S) If you are concerned about the health safety of parabens, then feel free to avoid them by looking out for the Paraben-Free icon.
