Stephanie Pui-Mun Law has been painting fantastic otherworlds from early childhood, though her art career did not begin until 1998 when she graduated from a program of Computer Science. After three years of programming for a software company by day and rushing home to paint into the midnight hours, she left the world of typed logic and numbers, for painted worlds of dreams and the fae.

The only significant change in the Major Arcana is that the Death card is illustrated with a phoenix, making the rebirth aspect of this card overly explicit. There are a couple other, less significant changes too. The High Priestess rises up in a very active pose, in contrast with her usual passive posture. Also, the dual-pillar motif repeated in several of the RWS Majors is gone. This is not a problem for me, but it is an observation which may be of interest to some people. Stephanie is also the author and illustrator of “Dreamscapes: Creating Magical Angel, Faery & Mermaid Worlds with Watercolor” and “Dreamscapes: Myth & Magic”. Many of the cards show animal imagery – fox appears in the Fool, owl appears in the High Priestess, birds in the Lovers, Strength, the Hermit, Judgment, and the World, horses and sea creatures in the Chariot, lion in Strength, butterflies in Justice, dragon and phoenix in Temperance, fish in the Star, and many more, including foxes, lions, cats, unicorns and more.

This reversed card may imply a sense of anxiety. If you are feeling anxious, try to find out what causes you to feel so, and what you can do to change it. Sometimes anxiety will be relieved by action. If you need help to deal with this feeling or to support the necessary actions, do not let your self-esteem stop you from making the request. If you are not careful when getting this card in a spread about mental status, you may be constantly urged (and hear others keep talking) about mental and spiritual issues. Actually, do not do this, be calm and listen to the Universe, and be aware of what is happening to you. Silent space can be a way to heal. Keep your mind quiet. Situation and advice At the end of the book, Barbara presents the following spreads: the One Card spread, the Three Card spread, the traditional Celtic Cross spread, a five card “Is Love In The Stars?” spread, a seven card “Will It Last?” spread, a four card “Balancing Act” spread, the seven card “A Journey” spread, a four card “Message From The Universe” spread, and a six card “Dream Come True” spread. One of my favorite cards is the Fool. A female figure stands atop a pinnacle, rising up at the edge of the world, her arms outspread. A fox sits at her feet, unable to comprehend the leap of faith (and literal leap) that the Fool is about to take.

Standing up and fighting can be good things in a few cases, but there are situations in which resistance will only cause distress. If you are caught up in a conflict, ask yourself whether it is worth fighting for. Is the reason for this conflict important? Is it worth it? Will the results benefit to you or others? If so, be brave and eager to stand up, protect your position. Refuse to surrender! If not, consider ignoring this inconsistency. Be honest with yourself about this. You will be challenged to maintain your position, especially if you have invested too much time and energy into it. Do not get dragged into the fight unless it is worth standing up and fighting for. II. 7 of Wands Tarot Card Meaning The leaping foxes in the Five of Wands add a sporty, playful feeling to the chaos which is typical of this card.In a committing relationship, this reversed card may imply that one or both sides are hesitating about something. This is usually due to one of two things: the fear which is too big of moving on together or simply it is not the right time to move forward. In the first case, the solution is to talk and discuss. If you are in the process of finding love, the first thing to do is step outside, get out and enjoy the fun, and let life leads you. It is counterproductive to be overthinking about the exact standards of a “perfect partner” because there will be no such person. There are unlimited possibilities opening up for the seeker. For me, the Tower card has a lovely Lothlórien feel to it, which makes the devastating lightning strike all the more distressing. The Fool has come a long way, traveled from far beyond to come to this pinnacle that rises up upon the edge of the world; and yet her journey is just about to begin. She senses this with instinctive perceptions as she rises up upon her toes, caught up in the breathless embrace of the wind in the moment before the plunge. Her heart pounds and flutters in her chest with the force of a hundred beating wings struggling to break free of the cage of her being; until she feels she must be sprouting wings from her shoulders to glide forth from that place, transformed. The Wands cards are mostly populated with foxes and felines, and they are painted in warm amber hues.

In contrast, in a negative scheme, it shows the damage and the involvement of a losing battle. You can do your best to reduce damage and exit the battle. In the early 20th century, the legendary author of the horror genre H.P. Lovecraft wrote a description of an ancient mystical book called Necronomicon by a poet as well as an adventurous explorer – the Arabs Abduh Alhazred, as a “whimsical whispers”. After that, Donald Tyson was inspired by the myth of Lovecraft – based on that book – to release the Necronomicon Tarot which is the last of Tyson’s series of three works. When the Seven of Wands appears in the question about finance, you can expect a growth.
