I've been using this serum every couple of days for the past 2 weeks and it's cleared my skin up so much. I don't have many raised spots but a lot of red marking and it's got rid of it all! I love it, much better than expected (big bottle too!) A good serum for dry acne prone skin which is so hard to find. So many are designed for oily skin. Also didn't irrate my sensitive skin.
