Like any good pre-wash, when you rinse it off, the cleaning agents in the foam will have worked away at the grime and makes the subsequent task of washing easier and more successful. Unwanted Food or Drink Products - Once supply conditions are broken, there are a number of factors outside of our control that can affect the quality of a product. Most snow foamers will use it in conjunction with a snow foam lance attachment to their pressure washer, but you can also use them with a manual spray bottle or a garden hose attachment. What you shouldn’t use in a pressure washer to clean a car though is washing up liquid. Dish soap can stop the wax and wear the paintwork as well as other parts of the car and ruin the aesthetic. We found after a few uses, out snowfoam lance scaled up and required descaling as the foam was just not coming through. We haven't had this problem with more premium snowfoams.

Although it is on the pricier side of things, we do think it warrants the extra money and well worth the investment. Every snow foam is a little different, but in essence they’re all pH-neutral cleaning solutions that, as the name suggests, will cover your car in a dense white foamy layer. You cover the car from tip to toe – including glass, plastic trim and the wheels – and leave it to do its work. How long depends on the instructions, but is usually somewhere between five and 15 minutes. Enough for a cup of tea, in other words.
