About this deal

Night Raid is the covert assassination branch of the Revolutionary Army, an uprising assembled to overthrow Prime Minister Honest, whose avarice and greed for power has led him to take advantage of the child emperor's inexperience. Without a strong and benevolent leader, the rest of the nation is left to drown in poverty, strife, and ruin. Though the Night Raid members are all experienced killers, they understand that taking lives is far from commendable and that they will likely face retribution as they mercilessly eliminate anyone who stands in the revolution's way. Vol. 5 (ch. 20–23): April 21, 2012. ISBN 978-4-7575-3570-1. (in Japanese). January 2016. ISBN 978-0-3163-4007-6 (in English) AKAME GA KILL! story by Takahiro, art by Tetsuya Tashiro - Yen Press". yenpress.com . Retrieved September 21, 2016. If two Teigu users engage in a battle, both with killing intent, one of them is certain to die. If multiple users are involved, there is a high probability of only one of them surviving. If there was a person who could embody the word "crazy". Seryuu probably fits the word perfectly. Probably the most hated character in the entire show. Seryuu is a person who has a completely twisted view on justice. She believes that everything the empire does is right and that everyone who goes against the empire is evil. Now although she is indeed twisted as hell and it is a normal response to hate her guts. I find that she brings a different point of view to the word "justice" in the show. To her the empire is her sense of justice. This outlines the different sense of justice between the two groups and what they are fighting for. Something that the show fails to do in many other places.

After Akame and her surviving teammates of the Elite Seven defeat and destroy the Oarburgh Clan, Budo himself personally took interest in the young assassins’ potentials and requested to the group’s leader, Gozuki to have a closer look at them, specifically Akame, who managed to defeat the Oarburgh Clan’s leader.Esdeath: Esdeath has been seen to sarcastically refer to him as "Old Geezer" but still held Budo in high regards and respects him due to his strength. Upon hearing his statement that he would deal with the Prime Minister once the rebellion has been suppressed, Esdeath smiled to herself stating that she looked forward to their potential battle. Najenda ( ナジェンダ) is the leader of Night Raid. She has gray hair, a cyborg arm and wears an eyepatch. [5] She is a former general of the Imperial Army who, disgusted with Esdeath's excessive cruelty, confronts her over it. [ ch.16] After the failed confrontation, Najenda defects and joins the Revolutionary Army. [ ch.16] She initially wields the Teigu "Roman Artillery: Pumpkin", until she loses an arm and eye against Esdeath. [ volume&issueneeded] When she learns that the empire has assembled the Jaegers, she acquires the humanoid Teigu Susanoo with which she is compatible. [ vol.5] As a former Imperial general, her personal combat ability is exceptional even without the aid of a Teigu. Kill the Religious Organization (教団を斬る, Kyōdan o Kiru) is the fifteenth episode of the Akame ga Kill! anime. Ranked no.5, Green is a bespectacled, rather reserved boy who actually had some feelings for Akame, which are never reciprocated. His Shingu is the "Sidewinder", a whip that moves according to its user's will, but demands much concentration. Although unconfirmed, it was stated and implied that a type of magic was used in the Teigu's construction.

Sten appeared alongside his fellow demons at a party hosted by Bolic where they meet the Jaegers, as they were tasked with protecting Bolic from Night Raid. When Seryu spoke up and said that they should have Teigu in case they come across Night Raid, Sten stated that Teigu users are still human, with Mez adding that there are countless ways to deal with them. The Teigu were created on the instruction of the First Emperor, who feared that the Empire he had founded would eventually fall. To prevent this, he gathered many materials and hired many scientists throughout the world to make strong weapons and defenses. The creation of the Teigu are the result of their efforts. There were 48 Teigu in all, but almost half of them were lost during a civil war about five centuries before the start of the story. Several Teigu have been seen to be destroyed; it is not known how many of the original 48 remain. While Shambhala's exact origins are unknown, Syura seemed to like using it to ambush his enemies, teleporting them to distant locations or into traps. When activated, it created an array, and everyone standing on it would be teleported; when teleporting himself, Syura would emerge from the middle of the array.

The setting was never explored, feeling equally perfunctory as the characters inhabiting it. Attributes of its world bullying the audience into accepting it for what it is. Wild monsters with no domestic quality to their world and flying Manta-rays; just accept it. Giant mecha in a medieval setting with no prior inclusion of advanced technology; just accept it. Macroeconomics that's impossible to exist when the aristocratic class torture and kill their citizens, effectively crippling its economy's breadwinners; just accept it. Supernatural occurrences that happen at one minute to simply be forgotten by the next; you get the drill, just accept that shit. Another team of engineers were then able to supposedly create the Teigu, Shambhala by somehow obtaining and learning from the mystics of a now-lost nation to manipulate and control space, an art they then used to create the Imperial Arm.
