When Series 12 aired, it was mixed in with an 8 part mini series entitled Most Haunted USA. The 8 episodes in the mini series later became known as Series 13Many women who work at what is now a museum complain of being followed around the building by someone who isn't there. One in particular believes this feeling has increased 100% since they received an altar from another century-old church. The episode ends with Yvette and Karl holding one last vigil in part of the museum, which was dressed up to look like a military dental surgery, but the investigation was cut short when Yvette let out an almighty and prolonged scream, and ran from the building with a worried Karl following.
