About this deal

The SA 77 includes a songbook that toddlers can take advantage of. It’s not the greatest book, but it’s definitely a nice book to be included. Here are other piano books that toddlers can read. Overall Thoughts The standard piano sound on the SA 77 is a bit thin. This is pretty normal considering the type of product we’re dealing with. Their main goal with the SA 77 was to create an affordable, decent-sounding keyboard that younger kids can easily use. There’s a lesson mode here that makes for a great addition to this keyboard. It’s not super in-depth, but you can turn the melodies on or off for when you try to play along with the songs it has. 10 Song Bank A large button in the middle of the keyboard is used to be able to toggle between piano and organ tones easily. If an item can not be repaired, a similar alternative product or cash discount (as defined in this policy) will be offered

Directly below that are the power, volume, a digital screen that displays the tempo, tone, pattern, tuning, and song bank, a numbered keypad with a + and – buttons to easily navigate through the banks. The song bank has only 10 songs, for which the likes of Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star is one of the Casio SA-76/SA-77’s greatest hitsIf you’re using it just to write songs with or to play around, you’re not going to care so much about the sounds it makes. No MIDI This is not a big number of songs at all. It comes with a Casio staple: Twinkle Twinkle Little Star and a few others. Included Accessories Power Supply: Optional UK Power supply (AD-E95100LG) or EU Power supply (AD-E95100L) (sold separately) or 6 AA-Size Batteries (Not Included) But then again, it’s another reason we can’t recommend this for a kid that’s seriously looking to commit to music. An 8 note polyphony poses a serious limitation to what you can play. Even a 32-note and 64-note polyphony are somewhat limiting. An 8-count would be even more so. The Casio SA-76 is a super small in size. Much much smaller than your average, even portable keyboard. Since there are only 44 keys, it’s perfect for any little kid just wishing to have fun without all the befuddlement of 88 keys and all.

You get 8 note polyphony with the SA 77. This is more than plenty, seeing how toddlers won’t be playing chords that contain this many notes so early on. Using The SA 77 As A Secondary Keyboard Regardless, the clean, vintage sound you get from these models are sure to be nice to your ears. If the lifelong musicians can appreciate it, you will too. The SA 77 is a choice that is perfect for toddlers and beginners. It’s an extremely light-weight, and portable option that comes with a low price tag. Please note that this extended warranty is currently only available on products sold within the UK, EU or EEA, and is subject to the terms and conditions as detailed on the extended warranty certificate provided. And that many buttons are necessary because as we mentioned earlier, Casio did not skimp on features here. There are 100 built-in tones, 50 rhythms, and 10 demo songs. So, you’ll definitely need quite a number of buttons. But like we said, if it’s just for fun and games, then hey why not? The size won’t be too overwhelming for your kid. And they can easily store it in a drawer because it’s that small. This is a huge feature as some keyboards are just plain difficult for kids to navigate through all of the sounds. Casio used a super simple LCD screen that has increased in size on the SA 77 and this makes it a breeze. Key Features The headphone input works very well and is so useful when you want to be quiet while you take the bus home, find yourself on a long trip on a car, or if you are just hanging out at the park and do not want to disturb anyone else.

But then again, if your 5 year old isn’t looking to do the whole Beethoven thing, then this should suffice. 50 Rhythms And 10 Demo Songs However, the Gear4music extended warranty scheme provides an enhanced service, and is designed to offer a higher level of protection than many 'free' warranties offered by some retailers and manufacturers. Casio managed to fit quite a bit into the little frame. The top of the keyboard is full of the shortcut numbers to the 10-song bank, 50 patterns, and 100 different tones. Directly above the keys you will find 5 drum buttons that allow you to play the drums. The sounds themselves aren’t terrible, but they’re nothing to write home about. These buttons are nice because it allows toddlers to hit them and instantly hear some sounds that they find pleasing. Polyphony And then, in between the speakers, you’ll find the control interface which is also quite kid-friendly. Despite, the mini size of this keyboard, Casio has found a way to fix in a lot of buttons and knobs on the control panel.Every kid, teenager, to even the brightest, most experienced music professional can get plenty of use out of the Casio SA-76. Mostly because of its portability. Because of this, you get a product that may not blow you away sonically, but rather grab your kids attention and rope them in to a user-friendly experience. Overall, the Casio SA 77 is a perfect option for beginners and toddlers. For this price range, I don’t believe there are a lot of other options that truly compete with this keyboard. If you need a present for a child wanting to learn how to play the piano, this keyboard is a perfect option for any kid at any age and level of piano knowledge. As for the layout, there are two speakers on either side of the keyboard which together deliver an output of 1.2 Watts. 1.2 Watts isn’t excellent but it will suffice for kids. So, we’re not complaining.

Make an impressive sound and have fun getting there. With an 8-note polyphony, up to 8 notes can be played at once, so you'll create a rich texture of tones. You'll be able to project this full sound out as the Casio SA 76 mini keyboard is carefully designed with built-in speakers. Equipped with 100 tones and 50 rhythms, you can explore a range of sounds and musical styles. With a simple and straightforward design, the SA 76 mini keyboard is fun and easy to use. Note: This is not a sampled keyboard, it is a synthesized keyboard. Because of this, it doesn’t quite capture the sounds that some samples are able to. If you currently own a nice digital piano or a keyboard that you really dig, this can work as a portable option. Being so light in weight and cheap in price, it works perfectly as a second keyboard. Also, the large orange button has 3 settings, piano / organ / harmonium, as opposed to the two piano / organ settings on the SA-76. There are videos online that display how versatile these keyboards can be when ran through a PA system and other line devices.Complete the short form that accompanies your product.
