But, the emphasis at this stage should be on enjoyment and engagement, while indirectly preparing for the GCSE exam (see the KS3 Spanish series, ¡Claro!, for example). The Agreement and the access granted to use the Service automatically terminate if you fail to comply with any part of this Agreement. Termination of the Agreement (howsoever occasioned) shall not affect any accrued rights or liabilities of either party. Codes are used to transfer access provisions to other users. School customers will be given Codes on printed vouchers so they can provide students with access to titles.
