About this deal

Pink Crayon looks annoyed. A laughing pink dinosaur points at an embarrassed pink monster! A confused cowboy frowns at his pink outfit, while a smiling princess in a pretty gown fans herself. This cheerful, bright pink is one of the many variants of fuchsia you’ll come across while searching for just the right shade of pink. As evident in the CMYK values, it has a good bit of magenta and yellow, both of which add to its noticeable presence. You can then discuss with your child why the Crayon might be feeling this emotion. Try to provide your child with some examples of times that you felt this emotion and ask them if they can also come up with any examples of their own (this will be easier for some of the emotions).

This exotic-sounding shade is named after the nadeshiko plant. The plant can be found in many areas of Asia and Europe, and its delicate, fringe-petaled flowers are a soft pink in color. Their pretty, starlike blooms have a pleasantly sweet scent. And in Japan, the name of the flower has also come to be associated with traditional female beauty. When you think of pink, this is the color. Not too bright, not too subtle, this mid-tone shade looks fantastic on any skin tone and comes in a matte crayon that’s simple to apply and lasts for up to eight amazing hours. Old Rose is one of the many muted, mauve-like shades of pink out there. The name is especially fitting, as it’s very similar to the color of a pink rose as it starts to wilt. Its vintage appeal makes it ideal for historically-inspired projects. It’s also a great accent color against paler neutrals like taupe, ivory, and light gray.Dark terra cotta is a medium, dusty pink similar in tone to traditional terra cotta flower pots, but with a more pinkish hue than the orange pots usually associated with the name. Rose Bonbon is another shade of pink that has a relatively high proportion of both yellow and magenta. There’s also a good bit of blue, so it’s a balanced shade that manages to be soft and bright at the same time. It’s a classic middle-of-the-road pink that can be useful for a wide range of projects. Magenta is a dark but bright pink with a purplish tone. Magenta can also be described as a brighter shade of orchid.

In 2004, Crayola released a set of 24 Mini Twistables crayons. They are nearly half the size of large twistable crayons. The colors' hexadecimal values are shown below. The colors are from the standard list of crayon colors. Tulip pink is a warm, medium shade of pink with a strong similarity to coral or salmon. It is meant to represent the color of a pink tulip flower. Rusty red, contrary to the name, is in fact a warm, dark pink hue. Rusty red has some coral-like undertones and can be compared to a warmer shade of dark pink. Burnt Sienna is often classified as an orange, but this version of the color very much represents a warm, salmon-like pink hue with hints of tangerine.

The glamorous nature of pink champagne translates well to the world of color, and this quiet shade would work very nicely as a wall color. Champagne Pink has a relatively large amount of green and blue, and that helps explain its cool undertones and quiet look. If you’re looking for a pale pink that pairs nicely with gold, this is also a good shade to consider. Pruce is a great color if you like earth-toned pinks, and Deep Pruce is effectively a darker, more present version. This is one of the pink shades that is close to being a neutral, but not quite. If you’re looking for a gentle and dignified color, Deep Pruce is worth considering. Can you spot any other methods that this crayon uses to try and persuade Duncan, for instance anything about the way that the text is written or laid out? Green Crayon whispers his story. Behind him, a dinosaur gives a thumbs-up to a pair of crocodiles tossing cans into a recycling bin. This classy shade of pink lies somewhere between mauve and coral. It’s energetic without being too bright, and it’s a bit more red than many other pink shades. You can see this in its RGB values. There’s over twice the proportion of red than there is of blue or green. And as its CMYK values show, its large amounts of both magenta and yellow help create its warmth.
