My only wish is I could have had it as a teenager when I very sadly gave up competitive swimming because I didn’t like the way it made me look, and had no clue how immensely important it was to me both physically and mentally. I can’t wait to give it to my daughters, so they don’t make the same mistake. You need this book! It pioneers a much-needed revolution for women's bodies. Maisie Hill, author of Period Power Change the language used to talk to adolescent girls about their bodies, engage them in meaningful conversations and equip them with the confidence to advocate for themselvesThis book will help you create healthy habits that consider all aspects of female health at every life stage, including how to: Although it’s beneficial for professional and semi-professional athletes, I personally appreciated how Baz, Emma and Bella identified with the struggles everyday active women face.
